Complex Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team as a Complex Care Team Lead, providing exceptional care and support to clients with complex needs in Surrey.
The successful candidate will oversee a small caseload of clients, working holistically with clinical excellence to build strong relationships with clients, families, and their care teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
About the RoleThe Complex Care Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Managing client care plans and supporting the induction of new team members
- Providing clinical care, including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal, and ABI support, and gastronomy management, flexibly when needed
- Liaising with the wider care team, including MDTs, on client care
- Conducting competency assessments with new team members
- Collaborating with the wider care team and Registered Manager
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid NMC PIN
- Experience supporting adults and children
- A minimum of three years' post-registration experience
- Experience in providing community-based care, ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
- The right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving license
