Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Sales consultant to join our expanding team at Exposed Solutions Careers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the PropTech sector, with a strong understanding of both commercial and residential real estate markets.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Build and manage relationships with all levels of real estate teams.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales success in the PropTech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- A self-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Experience with sales of tech-driven solutions or mobile engagement platforms.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
