About the RoleThe Finance Operations Administrator will be responsible for supporting the credit control team, working closely with billing, database, and cashiering teams to provide a highly effective and efficient service across billing and credit control. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing aged debt lists to identify bills that can be chased and ensuring debtors are contacted
- Ensuring information is sent regularly to partners and following up on agreed actions
- Supporting credit controllers and billers in obtaining accurate data for billing and collections
- Updating the credit control database regularly and maintaining current activity summaries
- Producing and delivering prompt, accurate statements and reminder letters to debtors
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a finance environment, excellent communication skills, and a confident telephone manner. Recent experience in Excel is required, as daily work will be carried out using this software. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate ownership and problem-solving skills to achieve results.
