Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified RGN with recent UK nursing experience and community/district nursing expertise. As a Community/District Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions, liaising with colleagues and partners to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain valid informed consent and work within legal frameworks with patients.
  • Liaise with senior clinicians regarding patient care and highlight any variations to expected outcomes from agreed treatment programmes.
  • Organise and deliver skilled clinical support work without direct supervision.
