We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative - Trade Counter to join our team at William Wilson Limited.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering top-notch support to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers at the trade counter, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships.
  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
