The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our care services, ensuring they meet the highest standards as outlined by the CQC. This includes working closely with the Home Manager to ensure seamless operations and delivery of care programs that promote growth and independence among our residents.
Key Responsibilities- MANAGE AND OVERSEE ALL ASPECTS OF OUR CARE SERVICES IN LINE WITH CQC REQUIREMENTS.
- ENSURE THE SERVICE USERS ARE RECEIVING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT.
- PROMOTE OWNERSHIP OF CARE PROGRAMS BY INVOLVING SERVICE USERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN DEVELOPING, AGREEING, AND EVALUATING CARE PLANS.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
- GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CQC STANDARDS.
- ABILITY TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN EXCELLENT WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL CARE PROFESSIONALS, FAMILIES, VISITORS, AND STAFFING TEAMS.
- An excellent salary of £30,000 per annum.
