Job Overview

Care Givers Limited seeks a highly skilled and experienced Childrens Home Lead to oversee two children's residential homes, providing high-quality care in line with OFSTED standards.

The successful candidate will lead on service delivery, compliance, safeguarding, and staff management, ensuring the well-being of up to 4 children. With a strong background in managing teams and working with multi-agency partners, this individual will drive service growth and develop annual business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery & Leadership:

Ensure that the home operates in line with its ethos, involving service users in daily operations. Manage safeguarding practices, provide a nurturing environment, and meet the health, educational, social, and emotional needs of residents.

  • People Management:

Supervise, support, and develop staff, ensuring regular supervision, training, and development opportunities. Manage staffing structures, rotas, and recruitment, maintaining a positive team dynamic and proper induction processes.

  • Resource & Financial Management:

Oversee physical assets, ensure health and safety, and manage budgets effectively. Ensure expenditure aligns with financial plans, ICT policies, and administrative functions. Lead on contract management and prepare for Ofsted inspections.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
