About the Job:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting resilience and self-advocacy.
  • Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory updates in mental health and crisis management.


Requirements:
  • Rhode Island License or Compact Licensure Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Experience working in crisis stabilization or similar settings, preferably with vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
