**Job Description:** Inclusion Department Facilitator

**Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional teaching assistant to join our team as an Inclusion Department Facilitator.

As a member of our Inclusion Department, you will work closely with teachers and other education professionals to develop and deliver targeted support programs for students with special needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing tailored learning plans for students with complex needs
  • Providing coaching and guidance to teachers on the creation and management of SLCN/ChATT groups
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements

**Remuneration:** The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

We require the successful candidate to hold registration with the Education Workforce Council for Wales and undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check prior to appointment.
