This opportunity is available on the Low Secure Unit at Cwm Seren, which provides assessment and treatment for individuals with enduring and complex mental health problems.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a variety of care and treatment interventions, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

As a staff nurse in this setting, you will have access to regular clinical and managerial supervision, supporting your professional development and growth in the role.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare support workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, pharmacists, doctors, and a consultant psychiatrist.

We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment that allows our staff to thrive, with comprehensive transition plans in place to facilitate smooth patient journeys through secure services and into the community.

This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to develop in the staff nurse position. The salary range for this position is £30,420 to £37,030 per annum (pro rata if part-time).
