As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to deliver specialist care and support to individuals with Learning Disability & Autism. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing individualized care plans and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Leading and mentoring junior staff members
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
