- Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines and organizational protocols.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to colleagues on assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge through regular updates and ensure practice reflects best evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the unit and delivering clinical care in the home, including observation, medication management, and reviewing and evaluating individual care plans.
- You will have previous experience ensuring high clinical standards and policies are upheld.
- You will provide clinical guidance to the care team, supporting them in delivering best practice and contributing to CQC compliance.
- You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care.
- You must hold a valid UK active PIN.
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
