As Head of Used Vehicle Performance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive profitability, optimise stock management, and enhance customer satisfaction in the used vehicle market.

  • Stock Management: Oversee stock acquisition, distribution, and management processes to balance inventory levels and maximise profitability.
  • Market Dynamics and Online Publishing: Leverage insights from Autotrader and other online platforms to understand market trends, and adjust accordingly.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to inform decision-making and strategy.
About You:

To succeed as Head of Used Vehicle Performance, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive used vehicle sector or related industry.
  • A strong track record of delivering commercial success and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of the used vehicle market.

You will receive a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
