Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably with manufacturer warranties. Strong IT skills, particularly with Kerridge software, are highly desirable. Organizational skills, time management, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of warranty and department administration tasks. This includes achieving allocated objectives, operating within the law, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent customer service skills are also required.

What You'll Do:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration tasks
  2. Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times
  3. Plan and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved within agreed time scales
  4. Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally
  5. Ensure all group, manufacturer, policies and practices, and statutory legislation are strictly adhered to

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (8 hours/day)
