We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic Procurement team at Guidant Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement and delivery of infrastructure for our capital works programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure value for money and ensure compliance with our procurement strategies.
  • Manage contracts to maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee supplier performance and claims processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in procurement and contract management, particularly in NEC-based contracting environments with various reimbursement models.
  • Proficient in contract change management, including assessment and administration.
  • Proven history of delivering projects that meet business affordability targets.
  • Experience working within integrated project teams, including collaboration with supplier partners.
  • Familiarity with operating in a matrix organisation structure.
  • Skilled in managing teams across multiple locations, including coaching and motivating staff for high performance.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Demonstrated experience working within structured process environments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
