Commercial Opportunities Manager

Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Opportunities Manager will work closely with infield teams to identify and develop initiatives that address the unique needs of different healthcare systems. This includes:
- Acquiring a deep understanding of Strategic Key Account dynamics, needs, and challenges.
- Supporting Key Account Managers in the identification and creation of non-homecare related programs and activities.
- Developing and implementing agreed scale-up strategies, including marketing literature and project plans.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate degree in Health Sciences and a Master's or postgraduate degree in Market Access. They will also possess strong project management skills, experience in communicating and working cross-functionally, and a detailed understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice.

The successful candidate will demonstrate personal adaptability, problem-solving and decision-making skills, a drive to deliver, and the ability to build partnerships and influence relationships.
