We're looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to help drive our sales strategy forward.

This role involves generating new business opportunities, sourcing potential clients, and acquiring new customers within your designated sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a blend of inbound leads and innovative technology to identify new business opportunities.
  • Source potential clients and acquire new customers within your designated sector.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a robust CRM system.
  • Act as a lead generation powerhouse, utilising your research and communication skills to identify and connect with prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally within a consultative sales environment.
  • Proven success in telephone lead generation and selling to B2B clients.
  • A strong track record in roles such as recruitment sales, publishing sales, or software/SaaS sales is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a lucrative commission structure.
