Job Summary:
Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Bid Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing bids throughout the end-to-end cycle, ensuring the business has the correct strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality bids/proposals are produced and submitted
- Fully coordinate, monitor, and manage the end-to-end proposals process
- Contribute to the library and maintain the Tender Toolbox
- Work closely with colleagues to provide reporting on volume, value, and outcomes
- Complete ITTs, PQQs, and RFIs
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage proposal documentation production
- Organize qualification, kick-off meetings, and reviews
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Bid/Proposal/RFP Manager/Analyst
- Strong writing skills are essential, with the ability to create original content
- Able to work with autonomy
- Strong commercial knowledge is imperative
