About the Role

Mears Group is a leading provider of temporary accommodation to asylum seekers, working in partnership with central and local government, registered providers, tenants, landlords, and investors to find solutions to homelessness and provide more social and affordable housing.

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Claims Coordinator to join our team, responsible for working with regional teams to ensure all issues and complaints reported are managed effectively through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complaints and issues reported by service users in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of complaints and issues
  • Develop and implement processes to improve complaint handling and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar administration-based role
  • Experience working with complaints and issues
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
  • Honest and trustworthy with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
