Job Title: Claims Coordinator

Join Mears Group PLC as a Claims Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of reported issues and complaints. As a key member of our regional teams, you will be responsible for working collaboratively to resolve these issues and maintain a high level of safeguarding and service user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve reported issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service user experience and safeguarding
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar administration-based role
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working with complaints and issues resolution
  • IT literate and proficient in using relevant software and systems
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
