Claims Coordinator

About the Role:
- Work closely with regional teams to manage reported issues and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and safeguarding of service users.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of support to service users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve service user experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar administration-based role, with a strong focus on customer service and complaint management.

- IT literacy and proficiency in using relevant software applications.
- A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Security Clearance:
Mears Group PLC requires all employees to undergo a DBS & BPSS check, as well as Security Clearance, to ensure the safety and security of our service users and stakeholders.
