Job Title: Claims Co-ordinator

Mears Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Claims Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all issues and complaints reported by service users are managed effectively through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with regional teams to resolve complaints and issues reported by service users
  • Ensure that safeguarding and service user experience are at the heart of the service
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including service users, regional teams, and other external partners
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar administration-based role
  • Experience working with complaints and issues resolution
  • IT literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
  • Honest and trustworthy with the ability to work using own initiative as well as working as part of a team
