About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Banbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent breakdowns
* Identifying and resolving technical issues through effective troubleshooting
* Working closely with the team to prioritize workload and maximize production
* Conducting repairs and replacements as needed
* Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements

* Previous experience in equipment maintenance or related field
* Strong understanding of electrical testing and fault-finding processes
* Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Benefits

* Salary: £35,000 increasing to £37,500 after probation (6 months)
* Overtime pay at 1.5x rate after 40 hours, double time on weekends and bank holidays
