Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist - Industrial Equipment to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, as well as providing calibration services to ensure compliance with ISO 60974-14 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
  • Calibration of industrial equipment to ISO 60974-14 standards
  • Preparation and maintenance of hire fleet equipment
  • Assembly of products including welding equipment and torches
  • Gas equipment inspections to CP7 standards
  • LEV testing of welding fume extraction equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C / level 4 or above, including Mathematics and English
  • Level 3 / ONC or equivalent in electrical electronic engineering
  • Good knowledge of tool identification and handling
  • Standard computer skills

Benefits:

  • Standard hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with 1⁄2 hour lunch
