Job Overview:

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Banbury. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal production levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install and commission new machinery
  2. Perform routine planned maintenance on customer equipment
  3. Proactively work with the team to report known issues and faults
  4. Carry out breakdown repairs on customer machines
  5. Order spare parts and maintain stock locations
Requirements:
  1. Commercial manufacturing or FMCG experience
  2. NVQ level 2 engineering qualification
  3. Able to work in high-pressure environments
  4. Electrical testing and logical fault-finding skills
  5. Problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
Benefits:
  • Starting salary: £35,000 rising to £37,500 after probation
  • Overtime pay: 1.5x after 40 hours, double time Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays
