At Manzi's Team, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking seasonal classic European cuisine using quality fresh ingredients.
  • Supporting busy services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen.
  • Training, development, and supervision of junior Chefs within the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior Chef De Partie within a similar kitchen environment and/or hospitality setting.
  • Good knowledge of classical techniques and excellent product knowledge.
  • Proficient in Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Good communicator and able to communicate effectively with all departments.
  • Able to lead positively and promote a sense of collaboration and professionalism.
