We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our General Counsel in providing general legal assistance and furthering the Company's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and oversee insurance agent/agency licensing compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  2. Support the Company's contract review and management process, evaluating agreements and negotiating terms.
  3. Provide general legal support with pre-litigation disputes, litigation, and regulatory complaints, applying analytical skills and judgment.
  4. Deliver general legal assistance to advance the Company's goals and daily operations, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification with 3+ years of relevant business experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of compliance related to administrative filings is preferred.
  • Litigation experience is valued but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational abilities are essential.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and research skills are necessary for success.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Technical proficiency in word processing and Excel is necessary.
  • A collaborative, adaptive mindset with good judgment and a 'can-do' attitude is highly valued.
