About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Conveyancing New Business Assistant to join our thriving team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Conveyancing department, preparing correspondence and documentation, and guiding clients through the initial stages of their property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the Conveyancing department to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare correspondence and documentation using our case management system
- Attend to clients professionally, both over the telephone and in person, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Administer filing systems, including daily filing tasks, and manage the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new business introducers, fostering trust and collaboration
- Guide clients through the initial stages of their property transactions, ensuring a smooth and reassuring start to their journey
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch and oversee the scanning and photocopying of documents
