Upstream Project Coordinator

As an Upstream Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the Project Controls Team Lead in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects within our Upstream business.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing work programmes and budgets, coordinating departmental budgets, and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
Accountabilities:
- Prepare work programmes and budgets.
- Coordinate departmental budgets through robust cost control.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors on budget management and change forecasting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of multi-disciplined teams.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
