At Prax Group, we are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Graduate Human Resources professional to join our team.

Overview

We are delighted to now be recruiting for our 3-year Graduate Programme with a start date in September. This programme provides HR graduates with the opportunity to work across various divisions of the Group, including Corporate, Retail, Upstream, Refining, International and Logistics. As your skills and knowledge develop over time, you will get involved in all aspects of HR within the business such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Projects, Learning and Development and HR Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the Group's goals and objectives.
  • Provide support to HR projects, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and HR Systems.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of learning and development programmes for employees.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements

To be successful, you will have:

  • A 2:1 degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under challenges.
  • An inquisitive and forward-thinking mindset, always looking to learn and develop.
  • Numerate and analytical skills.
  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree graduating in 2025 or the previous 2 years.

Career Progression

Upon completion of the Graduate Programme, you will have gained valuable experience and skills to progress your career within the HR function. You may also have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the development of new initiatives.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme and a generous holiday allowance.
