Mortgage Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Netbox Recruitment Limited. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage advisors and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with mortgage advisors to ensure timely completion of mortgage applications
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information
  • Chase documents and information from lenders and solicitors in a timely manner
  • Update CRM with relevant email correspondence, client details, and documents
  • Construct mortgage meeting packs for initial client meetings
  • Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline
  • Send invoices to relevant parties and chase late payments
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on mortgage applications and demonstrating empathy when needed
Requirements:
  • Experience in estate agency, mortgage advisory, or a related field
  • Understanding of the mortgage process
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Bubbly personality and a quick learner
  • Commitment to a career in the financial services industry
