Patient Advocate Specialist

About This Opportunity:
Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital, ensuring accurate MRN assignment and medical necessity checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service as measured by Press Ganey, utilizing an overlay tool to ensure seamless patient interactions.
- Verify insurance information, process physician orders, and collect necessary documentation to facilitate patient care.
- Collaborate with the Patient Access team to achieve point-of-service goals and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure accurate and timely completion of forms, providing statistical data to Patient Access leadership.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED required
- CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company-paid)
