About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Burner Applications and Support Engineer to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our technical sales team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier technical support and driving sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive proposals for revamp, retrofit, capital, and aftermarket projects.
  • Prepare market-based cost estimates to support sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to end users, including face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with project and design teams to understand new product developments and existing technologies.
  • Utilize commercial insights to optimize proposal potential.
  • Travel to customer facilities to present, discuss, and negotiate proposals.
  • Foster relationships with complementary suppliers and service groups to grow Zeeco's business.
  • Ensure Zeeco is on the vendor list for all relevant projects.
  • Visit customer sites to troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.

About You:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record in technical business development.
  • International customer experience and willingness to travel.
  • Strong background in plant, petrochemical, and/or refinery environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Technical sales and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to use initiative and make informed decisions autonomously.
