Sponsorship Acquisition Manager

We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Sponsorship Acquisition Manager to join our team at Electrify Video Partners. As a key player in driving brand sponsorship and integration partnerships, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BRANDS AND AGENCIES to source and close partnership deals.
- DEVELOP EFFECTIVE PROPOSITIONS that showcase the value of our content channels to potential partners.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH THE EDITORIAL TEAM to ensure seamless integration and alignment on partnership opportunities.
- REGULARLY REPORT ON CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within the branded content or influencer marketing space.
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnership deals.
- Strong understanding of YouTube's monetization strategies and revenue streams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
