Job Opportunity: Regional Quality and Curriculum Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior professional to join our team as a Regional Quality and Curriculum Manager. The role offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £5,000 care allowance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance initiatives across multiple nurseries in Scotland and England. This involves developing, implementing, and maintaining best practices in line with the Curriculum for Excellence framework. You will also need to have experience of running a day nursery, leading teams, and working closely with the Care Inspectorate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure consistency across all settings
  • Lead training and development programs to support staff in delivering high-quality care and education
  • Work closely with the Safety and Operational teams to achieve best outcomes
  • Support the development of policies and procedures related to SENco and full inclusion
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Level 3 / SCQF 7 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
  • At least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams
  • Experience of Multi-Site Support in delivery Quality and Best Practice
  • Experience of Care Inspections and working with the Care Inspectorate
