Emotional Support Funeral Care Assistant

In this role, you will provide support to clients who have lost a loved one, helping them to plan a funeral service that reflects their personality and preferences.
Key Duties- Client Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to clients during a difficult time.
- Travel and Meetings: Travel to meet clients at home or in our branches, building relationships across the community.
- Manual Handling: Assist with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
- A valid full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulations.
- A competitive salary of £12.62 per hour, plus benefits including a pension scheme and discounts on Co-op products and services.
