Mobile Bereavement Support Specialist

We're seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Mobile Funeral Arranger.
Key Responsibilities- Funeral Planning: Work closely with clients to plan a personalized funeral service, taking into account their wishes and needs.
- Travel and Visits: Visit clients at home or in our branches, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the planning process.
- Manual Handling: Assist with the manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
- A valid full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulations.
