Chauffeur and Funeral Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Chauffeur and Funeral Team Member to join our team in Eastbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to funeral directors and assisting with funeral provision.
Responsibilities- Drive vehicles and escort the deceased to our premises
- Remove the deceased from their place of death to our premises
- Clean and prepare coffins for presentation in the Chapel of Rest
- Prepare graves and plots for ashes interments
- Keep the premises clean and tidy at all times
- A valid driving license is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- A smart appearance and ability to work well in a small team
- Estimated annual salary: £29,500
