Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our London office. As a key member of the Mondrian Alpha IT team, you will play a critical role in providing proactive and efficient end-user desk-side support to minimize disruption and downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support and experience working in the financial services sector. You will work closely with the Head of End User Computing to address relevant issues and policy breaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to all incidents and requests.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements for all incidents and requests.

About the Role:
The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the fund's End User Computing environment, including configuration, security, and maintenance of physical and cloud workstations, fixed and mobile telephony, and unified communications, email, and messaging.
