Health and Safety Specialist

Are you passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Co-ordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving workplace safety.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and health awareness.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
