We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist for Planned Medicine to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients within our Care Group.

This exciting opportunity offers an estimated annual salary of £95,000 - £120,000, depending on experience. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and as a Pharmacist for Planned Medicine, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical pharmacy practice, leadership skills, and experience in managing teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy service to outpatient specialties, including Allergy, Immunology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Diabetes, and Endocrine. This involves leading a team of specialist pharmacists to develop pharmacy services that optimize patient care, implement national guidance, and ensure safe prescribing and monitoring of specialist drugs.
