Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at our care home, you will be responsible for developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence in everything you do. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management
  • Deliver high-quality care that prioritizes the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
