A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nursing Associate to join a highly reputable private hospital. The team are passionate about person-centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Registered Nursing Associate to join them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary planned care for patients
  • Support individuals with all aspects of care including daily living, person-centred care and promoting health and independence
  • Implement a plan of care in accordance with the patients' individual needs and predicted date of discharge
  • Undertake clinical risk assessments
  • Demonstrate the ability to recognise changing priorities and seek advice where required
  • Ensure the privacy, dignity and safety of individuals is always maintained

Requirements:

  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register - with no restrictions
  • Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 1 year's hospital experience in the UK is essential
  • Experience working under minimal supervision
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Excellent communication skills
