Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our dedicated team in the wards. This role involves a mix of long shifts and night duties throughout the week.

Shift Details:
- Day Shifts: 07:00am - 19:30pm
- Night Shifts: 19:00pm - 07:30am

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital link between healthcare assistants and registered nurses, delivering compassionate, patient-focused care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide high-quality planned care for patients and assist in the organization and management of care delivery across various hospital environments.
- Support patients with daily living activities, ensuring person-centered care while promoting health and independence.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and anticipated discharge dates.
- Ensure patient safety by conducting clinical risk assessments and utilizing the clinical incident reporting system effectively.

Professional Development:
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities, seeking guidance from registered nurses or other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Carry out all nursing procedures in line with hospital policies, ensuring compliance among all staff under your management.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Hold a Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
- Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with individuals at all levels, whether in person, over the phone, or through written correspondence.
