We are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nursing Associate Practitioner to become a vital member of our esteemed nursing team at Spire Healthcare. This position involves a mix of long shifts and night duties throughout the week.
Shift Schedule: Day Shifts 07:00 - 19:30 / Night Shifts 19:00 - 07:30
As a Nursing Associate Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in connecting healthcare assistants and registered nurses, providing hands-on, patient-focused care as part of a multidisciplinary team while engaging in various clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding planned care for patients and assist in the coordination and management of care delivery across diverse hospital environments. Aid individuals with all aspects of their care, promoting person-centered support and encouraging health and independence. Execute a tailored care plan that aligns with the unique needs of each patient and their anticipated discharge timeline. Ensure patient safety by conducting clinical risk assessments and utilizing the clinical incident reporting framework. Uphold the privacy, dignity, and safety of all individuals at all times. Exhibit the capability to identify shifting priorities, seeking guidance from Registered Nurses or other qualified health professionals as necessary. Carry out all nursing procedures in accordance with hospital policies, ensuring that these guidelines are comprehended and followed by all staff under your management.Ideal Candidate:
Registered Nursing Associate listed on the NMC register. Holds a Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification. Possesses recent experience in a similar role or has transferable skills. Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize their delegated workload effectively. Capable of managing the unpredictable nature of workload and patient interactions. Communicates effectively (both written and verbal) with patients, relatives, and all members of the multidisciplinary team. Develops effective and appropriate relationships with patients, their families, caregivers, and colleagues. Communicates professionally with individuals at all levels of understanding, whether in person, over the phone, via email, or in writing.
