Job Summary:

Pinnacle Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of a first-class housing management service to residents and clients. As a key member of our Affordable Housing team, you will oversee the contract delivery of the tenant and Shared Owner customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely with client officers to manage risks, identify opportunities, and support monthly client reporting.
  • Line manage contract property managers, providing regular feedback, implementing a performance management framework, and identifying training needs.
  • Collaborate with property managers and assistants to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction across each contract.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housing management or a related field, with a strong understanding of contract delivery and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
