Screwfix is a leading retailer in the UK, and we're looking for a skilled Product Imagery Coordinator to join our Product & Data Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our product imagery and instruction manuals meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather images and assets, working to tight deadlines.
  • Ensure assets adhere to internal guidelines, are formatted and named accurately, and uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of product imagery in designated categories and maintain imagery throughout the product life cycle.
  • Maintain the Screwfix image systems and perform regular housekeeping tasks.
  • Support the development of internal processes and systems, including testing where required.
  • Effectively manage your workload and priorities to meet SLAs.
  • Proofread printed publications to ensure all imagery is accurate and consistent.
  • Brief external photography agencies for new cut-out photography as needed.
  • Respond to image-related inquiries and questions from the business.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to our image processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the Product Imagery Manager on ad-hoc projects to improve image collection and management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support team delivery, share knowledge, and provide assistance when needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships is crucial.
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop skills and a good understanding of Microsoft applications, including Excel, are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to influence and negotiate with colleagues.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
