About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Imagery Coordinator Specialist to play a key role in ensuring high-quality product imagery and instruction manuals meet our exacting standards. As a crucial member of our Product & Data Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with other departments to gather images and assets, adhering to internal guidelines, and maintaining our image systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to collect and manage product images and assets within tight deadlines
  • Maintain accurate formatting, naming conventions, and timely uploads of assets according to company standards
  • Take ownership of designated product categories and ensure consistent imagery throughout the product lifecycle
  • Perform regular housekeeping tasks to optimize our image systems
  • Contribute to process improvements and system development, including testing as needed
  • Manage workload priorities to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Verify printed publications for accuracy and consistency of featured imagery
  • Brief external photography agencies for new cut-out photography when required
  • Respond to image-related inquiries from colleagues across the business
  • Promote process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the Product Imagery Manager in ad-hoc projects to refine image collection and management strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated issues and share knowledge
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to adapt to changing workloads and multitasking requirements
  • Familiarity with image production processes is desirable
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating with colleagues to achieve goals
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach with a positive attitude
