Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end processes for the launch of new products, from initial vendor discussion through to product set up and data entry.
  • Work with stakeholders to coordinate product launches, ensuring they are delivered within agreed timeframes, with the right level of data and vendor support.
  • Build and foster strong working relationships across Commercial, QA, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Accurately input data into our systems and/or check data that others have inputted.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, ideally within a coordination role.
  • Ability to work and manage multiple workstreams as well as various deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Methodical and well-organised approach, with strong skills in planning, organising, and self-managing workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to successfully manage internal and external relationships.
