About the Job
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be involved in ordering materials, responding to internal and external communications, and collaborating with the team to achieve key objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Divisional Manager to achieve key objectives
- Order materials and supplies as required
- Respond to internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner
